Marco Polo Cycling Team has been in the game nearly one and a half year but its sponsors have been a secret so far. Rumours say it is based in Nanjing but Tian Junrong declines to comments but declares it is getting support from Chinese government in regards to its project 119. Yue Chunyu and Guo Xiaoling are two main stars of the team both live in Beijing.
Yue Chunyu showed a late progress and reached 50 AV but authorities say he would have progressed much further since he had good flat road and incredible cobblestone potentials. If he fulfilled his potentials, he would have become one of the OCM legens but right now he is the leader of Chinese cyclists. Now aged 30, approaching his retirement he is still looking for glory and never intending to leave China and Marco Polo Cycling Team unless he is forced to. That would not be too far since he is now 30 but he is not expected to be left out before the end of season 19.
